Superbowl Party

Last night we celebrated our midwestern heritage with a little superbowl party. My family is from Da Bears territory and Mark's the Colts, so we had a little extra reason to get excited this year. Mark enticed his European buddies to come over with promises of America's finest Macrobrews and fatty foods. It was pretty fun. Lily and Elsa had a blast being the big cheeses with the other little kids there 6 wks, 9 months and 19 months. And it was more relaxing for me to have them run wild in our own home. Usually, university parties tend to be wine and cheese affairs and I'm so worried about the girls breaking something or making a huge mess. Instead, they had a blast eating three servings of icecream and running around the house until 10pm. And the best part is that they slept in this morning until 8am!

Tarje, Stephanie and Nichalous
Tarje and Stephanie and their obviously partied out little Nikolai. Don't you love how he's managed to hold on to the big red cup. (that might be a useful skill in college).
