Let it snow!

Lily and Elsa have decided the radiator cover makes for the coziest seat in the house and a lovely perch to watch the first snowfall.
Winter is here. Time for boots, hats, snow pants, mittens and warm winter jackets. Fun. They've been enjoying looking at animal tracks in the snow, building miniature snowmen with their friend Marian and sliding down the sidewalk. They've managed all of this with less than an inch on the ground! Wait 'til we get a big storm.
Lots of things going on . . . I had my first "non-training" week of work. Mark leaves this weekend for a conference in California and Uncle John is coming to hang out with us for the week. Not to mention Christmas is right around the corner. Boy oh boy are Lily and Elsa excited. They can't wait!

What a beautiful picture of the girls and the snow.
Hello Emily,
I am a distant relative of Mark's family and I found this website through Kathy's Christmas Card a few years ago. I have been keeping tabs on this website and my grand-daughter just taught me how to make a comment! I enjoy seeing them because they look a bit like me when I was their age.
It looks and sounds like the girls really enjoy snow! I hope they can make a snowman sometime soon!
Best wishes,
Ruth Warfield
This picture would make a great Christmas card. Have a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year to all of the Pannings.
